About the station
Ustaoset station opened in 1912 when cabin construction at Ustaoset expanded. The station is the easternmost of the stations on the high mountain section of Bergensbanen line.
For traffic safety reasons, it is currently not permitted to park cars inside the station area at Ustaoset.
The turning area for cars and pick-up/delivery to/from trains is at the road barrier into the platform area.
